URBIN professionally wraps and packs IT equipment before transport. Server racks are secured and moved using appropriate equipment. We handle business technology with the same care as other fragile items. For complex IT setups, coordinate with your IT team for disconnection and reconnection.
URBIN combines commercial moving with on-demand storage. We can store excess furniture, archive boxes, equipment, or staged items at our secure facility and deliver them when you're ready—on your timeline.
Commercial moving prices are based on vehicle size, travel distance, labor time, and any additional services. Your booking provides an upfront estimate, while the final total reflects the actual time worked and any extras. Larger moves or complex multi-floor relocations may require a custom quote; contact our commercial team for pricing assistance.
For smaller office moves with fewer than 20 workstations, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger relocations involving freight elevators, COIs, or complex building access, allow 3–4 weeks so our team can coordinate logistics.
URBIN serves commercial moves across all five NYC boroughs—Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island—and may also serve surrounding areas, including New Jersey and the greater NYC metro area. Contact our commercial team to confirm availability for your locations.

3PL fulfillment (third-party logistics) is a service where businesses outsource their logistics and distribution operations to an external provider. This typically includes:
- Storing inventory
- Picking and packing orders
- Managing shipping and delivery to customers
By using a 3PL provider, businesses can focus on other aspects of their operations—like product development and marketing—while leaving the complexities of supply chain management to experts. This is especially beneficial for growing businesses that need scalable and efficient logistics solutions.
A fulfillment system is a set of coordinated processes and technologies used by businesses to manage the steps involved in fulfilling customer orders. This system typically includes:
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring products are available.
- Order Processing: Receiving orders, verifying availability, and processing payments.
- Warehouse Management: Organizing the storage of goods for efficient picking and packing.
- Picking and Packing: Locating products in the warehouse and securely packaging them.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinating transportation, selecting carriers, and tracking deliveries.
- Returns Management: Handling returned items, processing exchanges, and restocking.
- Sales Channel Integration: Linking the system with sales channels, such as e-commerce websites, to keep order and inventory information up to date.
Seeing ‘In Fulfillment’ on an order means our warehouse team is actively processing it. During this phase, the team picks the ordered items from inventory and carefully packs them for shipment. The order is then finalized before being handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer.
Choosing the right fulfillment company involves assessing your specific needs, such as storage space requirements and shipping volume. When evaluating providers, consider the following:
- Services and Costs: Compare available services and pricing to ensure they align with your needs and budget.
- Technological Capabilities: Ensure the provider can integrate smoothly with your existing systems.
- Warehouse Locations: Check whether its facilities are strategically placed for your customer base.
- Reputation and Scalability: Review the provider’s reputation and customer service, and ensure it can scale with your business as it grows.
The right fulfillment company should meet your logistical requirements and actively contribute to the efficiency and growth of your business.
